These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services.
Any dispute arising from the relationships between the parties to these Terms shall be determined by one arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
